This is my "quick" piccu for my leaders application I need to turn in for (I'm co-founder, come take a look!)

I need to finish up my App but thought I would go ahead and post this tonight.

So... since I was trying to get it done quicker than my usual pieces (I gotta start work on my Commish OTL), the shading is really really different than what I've done before. I was kinda going for more quick cel shade??? Idk, but! you guys should tell me how it looks anyways, it would be nice to offer this shading for cheaper commissions if it is good enough.

Is she better than in this pic?? (here I am just asking on the look of her and the lineart, not the shading, that other one is my more complicated shading, so I hope that other one looks better than this shading XD but... if this easier shading is better OMG then please please tell me!!!)
